Shipping Policy
Order Fulfillment Gadgetix products are fulfilled and shipped by our fulfillment partner, Eprolo. Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.
Shipping Times Estimated delivery times from dispatch:
- Latvia & Baltic states: 7–15 business days
- Europe: 10–20 business days
- Rest of the world: 15–35 business days
Delivery times are estimates and may vary due to customs processing, carrier delays, or high demand periods.
Shipping Costs Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and destination.
Order Tracking Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with a tracking number so you can follow your delivery.
Customs & Import Duties International orders may be subject to customs fees and import duties upon arrival. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the product or shipping price.
Lost or Damaged Items If your order arrives damaged or does not arrive within the estimated timeframe, please contact us within 30 days of your order date and we will work with our fulfillment partner to resolve the issue.
